Our Cellars

The first wine-making experiences date back the late ‘60s when Paolo Minzolini, the historic founder, started this fascinating adventure.
Today a highly qualified staff, coordinated by a team of enologists, put in practice their extensive knowledge to produce wines with great personality, capable of giving extraordinary sensations keeping a regional accent.
The cellars are equipped with the laters state-of-the-art equipment allowing a gentle processing of grapes, must and wines to maintain their distinctive features unchanged.
