Azienda Agricola Merlotta extends over a 45 ha surface planted with vines split into two estates:
Tenuta Merlotta and Tenuta Coccapane.
A highly qualified staff, coordinated by a team of agronomists, follows with passion and dedication the growing techniques in the vineyards to produce high quality grapes.
15 hectares of splendid vineyards, adjacent to the company headquarters and the wine-making cellars, contribute to the charm of these hills lying between Dozza and Montecatone.

In the late ‘90s the Minzolini purchased 30 hectares of land on the magnificent hills of Gallo Bolognese in Castel S. Pietro Terme. After careful stratigraphic analyses the most suitable varieties and clones for the soil characteristics were selected.
