Ruby red with purple highlights.


AROMA


Complex, intense and lingering bouquet. Fruity components combine with overtones of violet petals on the nose.


TASTE


Rich and elegant, ample and velvety, with extremely harmonious and balanced flavours, as well as well-integrated sweet tannins.

WINE-MAKING TECHNIQUE

After carrying out a careful selection on the plant, grapes are gently de-stemmed. Grape marc is submitted to fermen- tation and maturation for 15 days. A part of the resulting wine stays in French oak tonneaux for a period ranging from 180 and 240 days; the ageing of the remaining part is completed with bâtonnage (lees stirring) in steel tanks, then the blend is made. Bottle ageing lasts from 4 to 5 months.
