WINE-MAKING TECHNIQUE

Cuvée Doux is obtained from the separate vinification of rigorously hand-picked Pinot Nero and Malvasia grapes. Grapes are made into wine following the Merlotta traditional protocol of fermentation without the skins. After 180 days of sur lies ageing, the Cuvée is finally created.
