Tour packages include guided wine tastings of the wines of the Region with explanation of organoleptic characteristics and specific features of the different terroirs.
Wines are always paired with appetizers in order to find out more about wine and regional food matching.
For this reason appetizers include Parmigiano Reggiano, local Salame, Mortadella Igp and, on request, Parma Ham, Ciccioli (Pork scratchings), local Pecorino, Piadina Romagnola, etc. Appetizers are not meant to replace meals.
