ASPECT


Intense ruby red, enhanced by garnet highlights.


AROMA


Balsamic and spicy with a blend of elegant nuances of chocolate, tobacco, vanilla and cocoa.


TASTE


Well-balanced components and a persuasive character thanks to elegant acidity, well-integrated tannins and outstanding concentration. A refined wine with a lingering finish.

WINE-MAKING TECHNIQUE

After selected manual harvests, grapes are gently de-stemmed, then submitted to maceration and fermentation for about 30 days. Then, grape marc is placed into the press a little at a time. Only after 12 months of patient ageing in French oak barrels the different wines are skilfully assembled. Bottled without filtration. Bottle ageing lasts from 10 to 12 months.
